Honourable Minister briefed the gathering of Ministers, Officers and budding Entrepreneurs about the INDIA-RWANDA Partnership in Skill Development and its objective of gearing up for an Entrepreneurship revolution. He stated that India’s engagement with Rwanda has been consultative, response-based and focused on developing Rwandan capacities and human capital. Shri Mishra delineated the plans and schemes of the Government of India for enabling the Incubation centers to play the role expected of them in the changing economic environment and impressed upon the strategies for strengthening the Incubator Centers. NSIC celebrates Happy New Year 2015 .Welcoming the New Year Shri Ravindra Nath, CMD, NSIC wished all NSICians and their families be blessed with good health and happiness and stated that NSICians can achieve anything that they put our minds to, individually and collectively and year 2015 will bring greater glory to NSIC. On this occasion, to encourage use of Hindi language CMD, NSIC distributed certificates and trophies to the awardees of Hindi month celebration.
