"Sexual harassment" includes any one or more of the following unwelcome acts or behavior (whether directly or by implication):
“Employee” means a person employed at a workplace for any work on regular, temporary, adhoc, daily wages basis, directly or through an agent including contractor, co-worker, probationer, trainee or apprentice.
“Workplace” includes all offices, branches, units/locations of NSIC and any place visited during employment including company transportation.
Penal Provisions: As per CDA Rules 2019 of the Company.
