Officials from NSIC, Branch Office, Vijayawada visited the 4 units M/s. Meghana Plastics,IDA,Kondapalli, M/s. Delight Fashions, IDA, KOndapalli, M/s. JMC Printing Works, IDA, Kondapalli, M/s. Digital Colours,IDA, Kondapalli on 19.12.2016 and had discussion with the employees of the units regarding cashless payment transaction through ATM/Debit cards/ Credit Cards/EPOS/UPI/USSD etc., and also explained about NSIC Schemes authorized persons of the company`s.
An awareness cum Intensive campaign on “CASHLESS TRANSACTION AND DIGITAL PAYMENT” was conducted by BO, Bhubaneswar on 19-12-2016 at M/s. Empowertrans Pvt.Ltd, Bhubaneswar, Odisha Total 10 participants including officers and staff of M/s. Empowertrans Pvt.Ltd and few employee representatives attended the Program.
A Seminar on Cashless Transaction was conducted on 19.12.2016 at M/s. Khanna Polyrib Private Limited, Kanpur among 20 employees of the unit by NSIC, Branch Office, Kanpur about cashless transaction.
NSIC signs Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Pvt Ltd
In an effort to promote development of MSMEs in the country, NSIC has joined hands with Tamilnad Mercantile Bank (TMB) by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in Chennai, on 19th December 2016. The MOU was signed by Shri Ravindra Nath, Chairman cum Managing Director, NSIC and Shri H.S Upendra Kamath, MD and CEO of Tamilnad Mercantile Bank (TMB). Tamilnad Mercantile Bank becomes the 32nd bank to enter into this MOU arrangement with NSIC taking forward joint initiatives to support MSMEs with their credit requirements.
22 Dec 2016NSIC, Technical Services Centre, Okhla, New Delhi conducted an educational workshop on Digital Literacy for encouraging cashless transactions for its trainees and staff members in its campus on 19.12.2016. NSIC had invited experts from Punjab National Bank who voluntarily participated and created awareness for various modes of transactions like POS, UPI, USSD etc. among 243 trainees and staff members.
An awareness program on Cashless transaction through the use of Mobile app and other modes of transactions was organised among the 22 employees and workers of M/s Jadish Metal Works and M/s Gera Engineering Work at Agra on 19.12.2016 by Shri Ajit Parashar, DM/BD BO Agra from NSIC, Branch Office, Agra.
A meeting about Cashless transaction through use of Mobile app and other mode was held by the NSIC, Branch Office, Agra in association with a cluster of Shoes manufacturing MSME Units at Agra on 19.12.2016. 25 SC/ST MSME units related to shoes manufacturers were participated in the meeting.
