Shri Kalraj Mishra, Hon’ble Minister, MSME held a Joint Committee Meeting between India & Mauritius during the recent visit of to Port Louis (Mauritius). Also present on this occasion were Shri Ravindra Nath, CMD, NSIC and Shri Manoj Joshi, Joint Secretary, MSME. The meeting is a follow up of sign of MoU between Ministry of MSME(Government of India) & that of Biz, Enterprises & Coop of Mauritius. <br/> <p align="right"> <font color="#A9A9A9" align="right">May 14, 2017 </font></p>

Sh Kalraj Mishra, Hon’ble Minister of MSME along with Mr S Bhola, Ministry of Business Enterprise & Cooperative, Government of Mauritius inaugurated 1st International SME Innov &Tech Fair-2017,(Mauritius). More than 25 Indian small enterprises organized by NSIC displayed Technologies useful for generating self employment opportunities. Also present on this occasion were Shri Ravindra Nath, CMD, NSIC and Shri Manoj Joshi, Joint Secretary, MSME.

Delegation from Taiwan visited NSIC Technical Services Center, Okhla, New Delhi and taken tour to the NSIC`s Advance Training center. The delegation comprise of government officials and industry representatives appreciated the efforts of NSIC for creating modern facilities for imparting practical training. The visiting delegates expressed desire to associate with "Center of Excellence for Industry 4.0" proposed to be set by NSIC in association with National Productivity Council, India. <br/> May 11, 2017

Shri Kalraj Mishra, Hon`ble Minister, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India chaired the meeting with the Ministers and Principal Secretaries of State Government to discuss the issues pertaining with the MSME sector on 28th April 2017. The program was held at NSIC Exhibition Complex, New Delhi. The Minister of State for MSME, Shri Haibhai Parthibhai Chaudhary, Secretary, MSME, Shri K.K.Jalan, Shri Ravindra Nath,CMD,NSIC, Shri S.N.Tripathi, AS&DC,(MSME) Shri Manoj Joshi, Joint Secretary,MSME, Shri B.H.Anilkumar, Joint Secretary, MSME, Shri V.K.Saxena,Chairman,KVIC, Shri M. Kumara Raja Secretary, Coir Board were also present.

Sh. Ravindra Nath, CMD, The National Small Industries Corporation Ltd.-NSIC advised industries from Faridabad to join the MSME Data Bank while addressing them in an Interaction felicitation program organised by DLF Industries Association, Faridabad in his honour on 21/4/2017. <br/> While addressing them on various initiatives taken by NSIC in enhancing their competence and in resolving various issues faced by enterprises in the country, he highlighted the benefits of registering on MSME Data Bank (an initiative of Ministry of MSME) which will help them in availing various schemes of NSIC and of Ministry of MSME. <br/> <a target="_blank" href="https://www.facebook.com/NSICLTD/photos/pcb.1407416959296313/1407408825963793/?type=3&theater"><font color="#FF6600">Click here to view more images.</font></a> <br/>

NSIC signed a MoU with DLF Industries Association, Faridabad for cooperation in facilitating services to their member MSMEs. The MoU was signed in the presence of Sh. Ravindra Nath, CMD, NSIC by Sh. Harish Chandra, ZGM, NSIC-North-I on behalf of NSIC and Sh. J.P. Malhotra, President on behalf of DLF Industries Association in an interaction & felicitation program organised by DLF Industries Association, Faridabad.

The National Small Industries Corporation Ltd.-NSIC and National Productivity Council signed MOU wherein both organisations agreed to set up "Centre of Excellence for Industry 4.0" in the campus of NSIC Technical Services Centre, Okhla, New Delhi, India. Mr. Ravindra Nath, CMD, (NSIC) and Ms. Kalpana Awasthi, DG, NPC signed MOU in presence of Mr. A. K. Mittal, Director (Finance), (NSIC), Mr. Satvinder Singh, Chief General Manager (NSIC), Mr. Rautela Sanjay, Dy. General Manager, (NSIC) and Mr. K. D. Bhardwaj, Director, (NPC) and Mr. Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, Group Head, (NPC).

Shri Jual Oram, Honorable Minister, Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India visited NSIC Incubation Centre, New Delhi on 12-04-2017 to know about self-employment opportunities through the Incubation program of NSIC in the country. Shri Ravindra Nath, CMD, NSIC apprised the Honorable Minister of the NSIC Incubation program for small enterprise establishment and skill development and also its various schemes for the growth of MSME sector. Shri A. K. Sh. P. Udayakumar, Director (P&M) attended a programme organised by TEMA and CMAI on 4th March,2017 and received Leadership Award.

Sh. P Udayakumar, Director (Planning & Marketing) visited Shillong on the 12thMarch, 2017. During his visit to Shillong, the Director had a meeting with the representative of Department of Industries & Commerce, Government of Meghalaya and entrepreneurs engaging with different business traits from Shillong and other North Eastern States.

Shri P. Udayakumar, Director (PM) visited 24th International Guwahati Trade Fair-2017 and interacted with local MSMEs and motivated them entrepreneurs. He also interacted with Shri. Shamsuddin Ahmed, Director, Export Promotion Bureau, Bangladesh and others Foreign Exhibitors and exhilarated them to participate in the fair next year also.

Valedictory Programme of 4th “IMPHAL EXPO-2017” was organized on 27.03.2017 at Iboyaima Sumang Lila Sanglen, Imphal Manipur. Our Independent Board of Director, NSIC Ltd, as well as Vice Chancellor of Manipur University Shri Shri. Adya Prasad Pandey grace the Programme as Chief Guest.
