Sh. P. Udayakumar, Director (Planning & Marketing) participated as a panellist in the event “India International Electronics & Smart Appliances Expo 2018” on 05th December, 2018 held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The event was organised by IEAE and supported by The Economic Times.
NSIC Technical Services Centre ,(Rajpura),Punjab signed MOU with RIMT University ,Mandi Gobindgarh ,Punjab for skill training to students of university of various discipline. Present on the occasion Dr A S Chawla (Vice Chancellor ) and Shri Rakesh Mohan ,Registrar shared the need of skill training to students of university.First batch of training to approx 30 Nos students shall start tentatively from 3rd Week of Jan 2019.Shri Ram K Yadav, Centre Head, NTSC (Rajpura) coordinated this initiative.
The National SC-ST Conclave was held on 14th December 2018 at, Madurai, Tamil Nadu. Sh. P. Udayakumar, Director (P&M),NSIC, New Delhi was the Chief Guest at conclave. During the Key Note address Sh. P.Udayakumar talked about the various Scheme under the National SC-ST Hub and Ministry of MSME. The event was attended by over 300 SC-ST participants including women participants. The event also had stalls from various banking institutions i.e. Canara Bank, SIDBI, Bank of Baroda and other institutes like DIC Madurai, Southern Railways, BSNL, and NSC/St Hub Chennai office. A session was held with CPSEs/ PSUs such as KVIC, CPCL, IOCL. The other dignitaries graced the occasion were Shri Ganesan, Dy.Director, District Industries Cenre, Chennai, Shri. M.Chinnathambi, Divisional Director, KVIC, Madurai and officials from Indian Rare Earth limited Department of Atomic Energy , Mr. Manavalakurichi, Shri Ramakandash( Chief manager Electrical), Shri. Sathish kumar (Chief Manager Purchase). Senior officers from CPSEs and Banking sector were also present during the event. The welcome address was given by Shri T. Venkateswaran, Zonal Head, South – III, NSIC and he thanked all the dignitaries and participants for providing their support for the conclave. Presentation on NSSH by given by Shri L. Kalaiyarasan Senior Branch Manager, NSSHO Chennai. Vote of Thanks was given by Shri.P.S. Prem Anand, Senior Branch Manager, NSIC, Madurai.
An MOU has been signed with M/s.Vedanta Limited - Sterlite Copper and NSIC, Hyderabad on 17.12.2018 for Warehousing of Copper to undertake unloading, stocking and loading under Agency Sales activity. The MOU has been signed by Mr. K..Srinivas, Zonal Head, South-II, NSIC and Mr. S. Annamalai, Regional Manager (Sales & Marketing), Vedanta Limited – Sterlite Copper.
Shri Sudhir Garg, CMD NSIC inaugurated the Sub Branch Office at New Building at Verna Industrial Estate, Goa on 15/12/2018 in the presence of Shri Damodar Kochkar, President, Verna Industrial Estate and their Executive Committee Members and various other MSME Units. Also present Shri Sanjay Bhondekar, ZGM(West), Shri S.Suresh, BM & Director of MSME-DI. All the Members of Association and MSME Units interacted with Hon’ble CMD.
On the occasion of National Energy Conservation day a seminar on Energy Saved is future save was organized by NSIC-Technical Services Centre, Neemka on 14th December, 2018 in association with Institution of Engineers, Faridabad (FIE). Over thirty participants took part in the event including Officials from Petroleum Conservation Research Association, members from FIE, Industrial Associations of IMT Faridabad, DLF, etc. Shri. Rajesh Kumar, Centre Head, highlighted the achievements of NTSC Neemka and the benefits of undergoing training under the NTSC (Neemka) umbrella.
During his visit to Goa on14/12/18 ,Shri Sudhir Garg,CMD,NSIC interacted with President Shri Kamat & the executive Body of Goa State Industries Association (GSIA) at Panjim Goa and discussed various possibilities of enhancing NSIC business in the State of Goa and implementing various schemes of Ministry of MSME
NTSC, Aligarh signed MOU with industries to provide them skilled manpower from our passed out trainees and also retrained their existing manpower for further improvement in work culture, in this continuation on demand of industries DGM NTSC, Aligarh conducted training program on Good Housekeeping Practices and 5S concept at M/s. Deep explo Equipments for 50 employees and technicians. The program was successful and owner and employees were happy . The Directors of company has fixed next training program on ISO 9001:2015 QMS on demand of their employees .
NSIC-TSC, Howrah celebrated Convocation Ceremony on 11th December’ 2018 for 29 EDP trainees from Bangladesh. This was a six weeks residential Training Program. Mr. Rajib Banerjee, Hon’ble Minister of Backward Classes Welfare, Govt. of West Bengal distributed certificates among successful trainees. Mr. Tilokesh Mondal, Councilor, Howrah Municipal Corporation & Mr Subodh Jaiswal, General Manager alongwith all Officials of the Centre were present on this occassion.
Shri Giriraj Singh, Hon'ble Minister of State (Independent Charge),Ministry of MSME ,Government of India inaugurated the National SC ST Hub State Conclave on 5th Dec. 2018 at Sikandarpur ,Bihata (Patna) which coincided with the foundation laying ceremony of Technology Centre at Bihata (Patna).The Program was also graced by Shri Sushil Modi, Honble Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar,Shri Ram Kripal Yadav, Honble Minister of State,Rural Development ,Sanitation and Drinking Water, Government of India, Shri Jai Kumar Singh,Honble Minister of Industries ,Govt.of Bihar , Shri R.K.Sinha,Honble Member of Parliament, Dr A.K.Panda, Secretary,MSME ,Shri Ram Mohan Mishra,AS&SC(MSME), Shri Sudhir Garg, Joint Secretary,MSME ,Shri Sudhir Garg,CMD,NSIC , Shri K.P.S.Keshri,President,Bihar Industries Association, Shri Ravindra Kumar Singh, General Secretay, Laghu Udyog Bharati, Smt,Usha Jah,President, Bihar Mahila Sangh, Shri Dinesh Paswan,State President, DICCI, Dr.Jitendra Paswan, President, Dalit Industries Association of Bihar,etc.During the Conclave officials from PSUs such as NTPC,IOCL, HPCL, Bank of Baroda, Central Bank of India,Syndicate Bank, held detailed technical sessions related to various offerings of the Government of India for the benefit of entrepreneurs of Special Categories in the country.
NTSC (Okhla) is conducting a program on Train the Trainers on SAP Business One from 10-21 Dec, 2018 in association with SAP India Pvt Ltd as knowledge and resource partner at Advanced Training Centre, Okhla, New Delhi. SAP business One is a business management software meant for small and medium industries. 14 participants from different NSIC – Technical Service Centres from PAN India are participating in the program. Shri Satvinder Singh,CGM (Tech) and Shri Rajesh Tripathi,GM (HR and L&D), Shri O.P.Singh,Centre Head ,NTSC (Okhla), Ms.Hina Sharma,AM (Trg.)were present in the inaugural session.
