Vivek Hajri (Exec.Engg.), Er. Rajneesh Onkar (Asstt.Engg), Er. Bhanu Pratap Pathania (Asstt. Engg) and Mr. Ramesh Chand (Supdt.)at JAL SHAKTI VIBHAG Office, Tarna Mandi (H.P.) for distribution to frontline workers of their department.

Pushpraj Katyayan(Member) and Sh. Bansi Lal (Member) for distribution to frontline workers of their department.

Continuing the collective fight against COVID 19 NSIC (Hyderabad,),NSIC (Balanagar,) NSIC (Vijayawada )and NSIC (Vishakapatnam) distributed Masks and Sanitisers to the respective ACP's where the NSIC branches are located and briefed about NSIC activities including COVID supplies and requested to support our employees in this lockdown period while in movement. ACP's appreciated our generous effort and assured to support to NSIC initiatives.

Dr Rozina Mondal, Medical Superintendent, ESI Hospital Howrah, was handed over the face masks, hand gloves and sanitizers for distribution by NSIC to join the fight against COVID-19. This NSIC initiative under CSR was taken by Shri Subodh Jaiswal, Centre Head, NTSC(Howrah) and Shri A Ashraf, Deputy Manager, NTSC (Howrah).

NSIC has been in the forefront of entrepreneurship building and skill development both within India and Abroad. Continuing its endeavour in this direction, NSIC has established India-Africa Vocational Training Centre cum Business Incubation Centre (VTC/IC) at Chimoio in Manica province of Mozambique.The VTC /IC(Mozambique) was inaugurated on 23rd April 2020 by His Excellency Mr. Edson Macuacua, Secretary of State for the Manica Province of Mozambique in the presence of Mr. Claire Zimba, Director General, Institute for Promotion of Small & Medium Enterprises, Recipient Organisation under Ministry of Industry of Industry & Trade of Government of Mozambique. His Excellency Mr. Rajeev Kumar, High Commissioner of India to Mozambique also addressed during the inaugural event through teleconference.

Shri Udit Agrawal, IAS, Municipal Commissioner, Rajkot (RMC), was handed over the 3000 nos. Face Masks for distribution by NSIC to join the fight against COVID-19. This NSIC initiative under CSR was taken by Shri U Venkatachalapathi (GM & NTSC, Centre Head), Rajkot on 24/04/2020 with his team Shri Kamalkant Sahu (Dy. Manager) and Shri Raviprakash Vala (Asst. Manager), NTSC (Rajkot).

NSIC has been facilitating MSMEs with RMA scheme. Recently Hon’ble Minister of Defence inaugurated on 23rd April 2020 Mobile Virology Research Laboratory manufactured by NSIC (Hyderabad) Associate MSME units a) Hitech Hydraulics Ltd b) Iclean technologies Ltd for COVID -19 testing and Diagnostics.

To fight COVID 19, NSIC Technical Services Centre (Aligarh) has got 2000 masks manufactured by M/s. Handtex Industrial Co-operative Federation (A unit enlisted under NSIC Single Point Registration Scheme). These Masks have been handed over to Shri Chandra Bhushan Singh, District Magistrate (Aligarh) for distribution in the society through their network. This NSIC CSR initiative was taken by Shri T.S Rajput, Centre Head, NTSC (Aligarh) on 23rd April, 2020 alongwith his Team.
