NSIC ASSOCHAM "Aatma Nirbhar Bharat" Webinar

Shri P. Udayakumar, Director (P&M), NSIC delivered a keynote address at the Webinar organised by ASSOCHAM on 28th July 2020 titled "Aatma Nirbhar Bharat Package for MSMEs". Delivering his address he stated that the recent growth package announced by the Government has made the MSME sector more competitive and laid down the road map for boosting setting up of manufacturing base in India. He urged the MSMEs to come forward and avail the benefits of NSIC schemes. The session was very interactive and officers from SIDBI , UNIDO, CODSSIA participated.

NSIC launches MSMEs Aggregation Services

NSIC has recently launched MSME Aggregation Services for facilitating MSMEs in ICT enabled Digital Services. In this connection, NSIC signed MOU with M/s Adaequare Info Private Limited (AIPL) on 30/06/2020 to facilitate MSMEs in terms of ICT adoption at affordable prices. Speaking on the Occasion, Shri P. Udayakumar, Director (P&M),NSIC stated that NSIC is on boarding service providers in all sectors to enable MSMEs achieve higher business efficiencies and continual performance. The complete on boarding process is available on the website www.nsic.co.in and all MSME stakeholders must come forward and join hands with NSIC for their growth The MOU was signed by Sh. Vidya Sagar Singh, General Manager (DFS)and Shri Pavan Peechara, Group CEO, AIPL .

Udayakumar, Director (P&M),NSIC delivered a keynote address at the Special Webinar organised by a group of Entrepreneurs on 12th June 2020 titled "MSME (Start Up) Reforms and Schemes ".Delivering his address he stated that to beat the COVID 19 pandemic all NSIC offices are geared up to facilitate the growth of MSMEs in all possible manner .The reforms announced by the Government for the growth of our economic are historic milestone and Urged the MSMEs to come forward and avail the benefits of NSIC schemes.The session was very interactive and over 50 Start Ups including officials from Banks , Financial Institutions ,SIDBI , SBI , DI-MSME , PNB, Atal Innovation Mission participated.

The National Small Industries Corporation Ltd.-NSIC signs a MoU with TRIFED to facilitate the growth of the TRIBES of the county with Schemes of NSIC and in up-gradation of their skills. Looking at the Pandemic situation, the MoU has been signed virtually between both the organisations in the presence of the Shri Vijayendra, IAS, CMD, NSIC and Sh. Pravir Krishn, IAS, MD,TRIFED. From NSIC side Sh. Vidya Sagar Singh, GM (DSF) and from TRIFED side Sh. Surinder Sharma DGM(P&A/MIS) inked the MoU. Also, present on this occasion were Sh. P Udayakumar, Dir. (P&M), NSIC and Sh. Gaurang Dixit, Dir. (Fin.).

PM Modi Launches CHAMPIONS: Technology Platform to empower MSMEs

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today launched the technology platform CHAMPIONS which stands for Creation and Harmonious Application of Modern Processes for Increasing the Output and National Strength. As the name suggests, the portal is basically for making the smaller units big by solving their grievances, encouraging, supporting, helping and handholding. It is a real one-stop-shop solution of MSME Ministry. This ICT based system is set up to help the MSMEs in present difficult situation and also to handhold them to become national and international champions.

NTSC (Rajkot) develops hands-free Sanitiser Dispenser

NSIC Technical Services Centre (NTSC), Rajkot has developed foot operated sanitiser dispensers as part of its efforts to bolster in breaking the chain of COVID 19 pandemic. The sanitiser dispensers could be deployed at Offices, Markets, Malls, Railway Stations, Bus Stand, Hospitals, Colleges, Multi Store, Residential Complexes and MSME units etc. The overall size is 20 inch X 18 inch X44 inch(LXBXH) and the equipment cost is Rs 1800/ + GST approximately. Apart from this, transport charge will be extra.
