NSIC (Mumbai) with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited and Stree Udyami Foundation (Nasik) jointly organized online Women Vendor Development Meet 2022 on 27th Jan 2022. More than 100 Women Entrepreneurs participated from all over Maharashtra. The benefits of NSIC schemes were elaborated in detail by Shri Manoj Kumar Singh, Zonal General Manager, (West) and Mr Baranwal, Sr Branch Manager, NSIC (Nashik). Mr Prityonsh Sharma, Chief Procurement Officer (Marketing),BPCL explained the opportunities and process for Women Entrepreneurs to participate in Government procurement Process such as Vendor Registration Process, various requirement of products and services, GeM Portal, TReDs Bills discounting facility, and much more. The program was coordinated by Mrs Swati Shah. Vice President and Sheetal Desai, Vice President, Stree Udyami Foundation.

On the occasion of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, NSIC celebrated the 73rd Republic Day at Corporate Office, New Delhi. The National Flag was unfurled by Shri Navin Chopra, CGM(SG),NSIC and the employees sung patriotic song to salute our great Nation.

Shri P. Udayakumar, Director (Planning & Marketing), NSIC inaugurated the 10th DLFIA Business Summit-2021 organized by DLF Industries Association as a Chief Guest on 24th December, 2021 at Faridabad. During the inaugural session, he stated that NSIC facilitates MSMEs through integrated support services under Marketing, Technology & Finance and invited the MSMEs to avail the benefits of new initiatives of NSIC in recent years.

NSIC (Rajkot) participated in Engiexpo - Industrial Exhibition organized at Exhibition Ground, NTSC (Rajkot) from the 19th-22nd December, 2021. Shri Vijaybhai Rupani (Former Chief Minister of Gujarat) inaugurated the exhibition as a Chief Guest and elaborated on the initiatives of various Government schemes. During the inaugural session, Sh. Upender Kumar Kohli (GM & Centre Head) highlighted about various kind of skill development training being imparted at NTSC (Rajkot). More than 180 MSMEs participated in the exhibition.

On the occasion of Swachhta Pakhwada 2021, Shri Gaurang Dixit, Director (Finance), NSIC administered Swachhta Pledge to the employees of the National Small Industries Corporation Ltd. at Corporate Office, New Delhi. The pledge and other activities are aimed to educate everyone and to bring qualitative improvements, related with cleanliness, in our lives and surrounding areas.

NSIC (Mumbai) participates in a webinar organized by Vibrant India Economic Council on 10th December, 2021 titled MSME Trade Finance & Banking. Delivering the keynote address Shri Manoj Kumar Singh, Zonal Head (Mumbai), highlighted the benefits of NSIC schemes and encouraged the participants to come forward and avail the benefits of NSIC Schemes. The program was coordinated by Shri Mahendra Malvia, Deputy Manager, NSIC.

Shri P. Delivering the keynote address he stated that NSIC facilitates MSMEs through integrated support services under Marketing, Technology & Finance. The MSME Conclave-2021 inaugurated by Hon’ble Raksha Mantri Shri Rajnath Singh.

Shri Parmod Kumar Tiwari (IAS), Director General, Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS) along with officials of BIS visited NSIC-Technical Service Centre (Rajkot) on 08th December, 202. He was welcomed by Shri U.K Kohli, Centre Head, NTSC (Rajkot) and briefed about various testing facility available at NTSC (Rajkot) and also explained about various skill development training imparted Tool Room as well as in Livelihood Business Incubation Centre at NTSC (Rajkot). Director General, BIS appreciated efforts of NTSC (Rajkot) for providing a support to MSMEs specially in the field of testing and skill manpower.

NSIC has renewed its MoU with Yes Bank Ltd under Bank Tie up Scheme to help MSMEs with credit facility. The renewal of MoU has been a sustained joint endeavours of both NSIC and Bank to handhold the MSMEs in meeting their credit requirements. The agreement was signed by Sh. P. Ravi Kumar, Chief General Manager, NSIC and Sh. Shishir Chaturvedi, Zonal Head, Micro Enterprises Banking, Yes Bank Ltd. Also present on this occasion was Sh. A.K Mishra, GM (SG) and product manager Ms. Himani Shali, (Bank Tie Up) from NSIC along with Sh. Danish Zaheer, Sr.Vice President, Yes Bank Ltd.

NSIC has signed MOU with JINDAL STAINLESS STEELWAY LIMITED (JSSL) on 07.12.2021 for supply of Stainless Steel products to MSMEs all across India under NSIC Raw Material Distribution scheme. The MoU will facilitate MSME in getting quality Stainless Steel material at competitive prices. The association will create a platform to ensure ease of buying Stainless steel by various MSME’s across the country. Sh. P. Udayakumar, Director (Planning & Marketing), NSIC presided the NSIC signing of MoU with JINDAL STAINLESS STEELWAY LIMITED. MoU was signed by Dr. Avinash Choudhary, General Manager (RMD) NSIC and Sh. Aman Vashisth , Head-Sales, Jindal Stainless Steel Ltd. Also present on the occasion were Sh. Pardeep Kumar, Chief Manager- NSIC, Sh. Vikas Sharma, Manager-NSIC, Smt. Usha Sharda, Manager-RMD & Smt.
