NTSC (Aligarh) in association with Narora Atomic Power Station(Narora) (NAPS)launched 09 nos. of training courses on 19/09/23 with total 290 nos. of trainees in the presence of Shri S.K. Tiwari-Chief Superintendent (NAPS) and Shri Arvind Kumar Srivastava-Scientific Officer F, QA Group/Member (NAPS). Speaking on the occasion, Shri Ram Kumar Yadav, Centre Head, NTSC (Aligarh) motivated the trainees to make the best use of the various facilities being offered by NTSC (Aligarh). He thanked the NAPS (Narora) for reaffirming their confidence in NTSC, Aligarh emphasizes to execute NAPS (Narora) training programs. The NAPS team also visited the workshop and appreciated the upgradation of the Centre to meet out the MSMEs demand.
14 सितम्बर, वीरवार को हिमाचल प्रदेश के मंडी स्थित राष्ट्रीय लघु उद्योग निगम के प्रशिक्षण संस्थान में हिंदी दिवस के अंतर्गत प्रशिक्षुओं द्वारा हिंदी भाषा के प्रति जागरूक करने के संकल्पों के साथ विविध कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर प्रबंधक एनएसआईसी मण्डी लोकेश भाटिया ने प्रशिक्षुओं को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि हिन्दी भाषा की जड़ें बहुत गहरी हैं और जो भाव व समान हिन्दी भाषा के शब्दों के उपयोग में मिलता हैं वो अन्य किसी भाषा में नहीं।
राष्ट्रीय लघु उद्योग निगम (एनएसआईसी) का हिमाचल प्रदेश के मण्डी स्थित प्रशिक्षण संस्थान, एनटीपीसी कोलडैम के सौजन्य से ग्रामीण महिलाओं को स्वावलंबी बनाने में प्रयासरत है। एनटीपीसी कोलडैम द्वारा सामुदायिक विकास कार्यों के अंतर्गत एनएसआईसी मण्डी के माध्यम से कसोल गाँव में 25 महिलाओं को “ड्रैस मैकिंग” का 6 माह का नि:शुल्क प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया गया। इस प्रशिक्षण में महिलाओं को एनएसआईसी द्वारा बच्चों व महिलाओं के विभिन्न प्रकार के वस्त्र डिजाइन करने एंव सिलने का प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया गया। समापन समारोह के अवसर पर महिलाओं द्वारा प्रशिक्षण के दौरान बनाये गए कपड़ों व उत्पादों की प्रदर्शनी लगाई गई । समापन समारोह में एनटीपीसी द्वारा सभी प्रशिक्षुओं को प्रमाण पत्र, टेलरिंग किटें एंव सिलाईं मशीनें बांटी गई ताकि महिलायें स्वरोजगार अपनाकर सवाबलम्बी बन सकें। इस अवसर पर एनएसआईसी प्रबंधक लोकेश भाटिया ने बताया की कुछ महिलाओं ने प्रशिक्षण के दौरान ही घर से व्यावसायिक काम शुरू कर दिया है जिससे उनका आत्मविश्वास बढ़ा है और पारिवारिक खर्च में भागीदारी निभा रही हैं जिससे पता चलता है कि एनटीपीसी और एनएसआईसी के प्रयास सफल हो रहे हैं।
NSIC on behalf of Ministry of MSME along with Small and Medium Enterprise Administration (SMEA), Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA), Taiwan and ITRI, Taiwan at Mumbai on September 07, 2023 organized the 2nd India-Taiwan SME Cooperation Forum. Ms. Mercy Epao, Joint Secretary (SME), Ministry of MSME led the Indian Side whereas Mr. Chin Tsang Ho, Director General, SMEA, MOEA, Taiwan led 33 member Taiwan Delegation comprising of 13 Officials and 20 representatives of Eight Enterprises in Food Processing sector from Taiwan Side. The theme of the forum was Cooperation in Food processing Sector. Both sides exchanged their experiences and information on the development of SMEs in India and Taiwan respectively. A panel discussion amongst them was coordinated by Sh. Sunil Tyagi, Sr. General Manager, NSIC which was participated by Industry Experts.
A virtual meeting was held between NSIC & National Centre for Marketing and Price Research (NCMPS), Belarus on 12th September, 2023 to discuss the possible areas of cooperation between the two organizations. Mr. Sunil Tyagi, Sr. General Manager (IC), Mr. Vidya Sagar Singh, Sr. General Manager (DSF) along their staff/ officers were present during the meeting.
NSIC (Zone NCR), in association with the All India Management Association (AIMA) and the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR), organized a workshop titled "Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) for MSMEs" on 04th September, 2023. The event saw active participation from nearly 30-35 attendees, comprising entrepreneurs and professionals eager to explore the transformative potential of AI and ML in the MSME sector. The workshop provided a valuable platform for knowledge exchange and hands-on learning, empowering MSMEs to leverage cutting-edge technologies for business growth and innovation. The program was coordinated by Shri Rajesh Tripathi, ZGM (NCR), NSIC.
NSIC signs MOU with the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) for the year 2023-24. The MOU was signed by Shri Vipul Goel, CMD, NSIC with Shri S.C.L. Das, Secretary, MSME, Govt. of India in the presence of Shri Kartikeya Sinha, Director (Planning & Marketing), NSIC and Shri Gaurav Gulati, Director (Finance),NSIC.
NSIC-Livelihood Business Incubator,(Deoria) (UP) in association of Employment Exchange and National Career Services, Deoria organized Job Fair on August 22, 2023 to facilitate the trainees of the Centre for their employment through open campus placement. 24 companies participated in this Job Fair and recruited candidates for various positions such as Machine operator, Sewing Machine operator, supervisor, Storekeeper, electrician, Sales executive, Computer operator, etc. More than 1721 trainees participated in this program. The Management Review Meeting of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System of NSIC for the ISO cycles- I was held on 16th August, 2023 chaired by Shri Vipul Goel, CMD, NSIC in the presence of Shri Kartikeya Sinha, Director (P&M) at NSIC Business Park, New Delhi. Speaking on the occasion, CMD, NSIC emphasized on the need for digitalization of the process and continual improvement in the areas as per emerging needs. Shri. Rajesh Kumar, GM (Tech./CMR-ISO) gave a presentation on ISO implementation and future plans for improvement areas. Also present on this occasion were all HoDs, senior consultants of ISO 9000 Dr. J.K Srivastava and Shri Rajesh Srivastava.
