Shri. P. Udayakumar, Director (P & M) attended "8th DLF BUSINESS SUMMIT 2019" as GUEST OF HONOR organised by DLF Industries Association on 27th November 2019 at Faridabad. During his address the importance of Infrastructure Development in the country for the growth of MSMEs was emphasised. The challenges faced by MSMEs in procuring finance was also highlighted during his deliberations. The presence of Director (P & M) was highly solicited by the dignitaries and the participants.
After a detailed wrap up meeting on the various activities of Incubator in Manica province minutes of meeting was signed between Sh. P. Udayakumar DPM(NSIC) and DG IPEME , Dr. Clares Zimba and then a meeting was held with Hon'ble Minister of Industries and Trade ,Mozambique, Dr Ragendra Berta de Souza on 22 nd Nov '2019 .
Sh. P. Udayakumar, Director (P&M) and Sh. Binod Kumar, Chief Manager (NSIC) met Ambassador of India to Mozambique, Mr Rajiv Kumar on 22nd Nov '2019 and appraised on the implementation schedule of the Incubator coming up in Manica province, Mozambique.
After a detailed wrap up meeting on the various activities of Incubator in Manica province minutes of meeting was signed between Sh. P. Udayakumar DPM(NSIC) and DG IPEME ,Dr Clares Zimba on 22nd November 2019.
Sh. P. Udayakumar held a meeting with Mrs Francisca G.C.Muluana , Permanent Secretary of Manica province, Mozambique for her support for the Incubator project on 20 th Nov 2019 along with Director ,IPEME, Director of Provincial Govt and Sh. Binod Kumar ,CM, NSIC.

Shri. P. Udayakumar, Director (P & M) attended "BUSINESS PARTNERS MEET 2019" organised by Goa Shipyard Limited in association with CII on 16th November 2019 at Panaji Goa. The event was inaugurated by Dr. Pramod Sawant, Hon'ble Chief Minister of Goa and during deliberations with Director (P & M), Hon'ble Chief Minister quite enthusiastically expressed his willingness to have NSIC support in developing MSME support system in Goa for shipping Industry.
Shri. P. Udayakumar, Director (P &M) met Hon'ble Minister of industry and Trade of Mozambique, Dr. Ragendra Berta de Souza at Mozambique to appraise the progress of Vocational Training Centre (VTC) being setup by NSIC.
Shri Vijayendra ( IAS), CMD,NSIC during his visit to NSIC - Advance Training Centre and NSIC -Incubation Centre (Okhla) on 15th November 2019 encouraged the participants of the various Training Programs and appreciated the efforts of NSIC in creating opportunities of self employment and skill development . During his visit Shri P.Udayakumar,Director (P&M),NSIC and Shri Gaurang Dixit, Director(Finance) briefed him about the various offerings of the NTSC (Okhla). Also present on the occasion were Shri Satvinder Singh,CGM(Tech), Shri Manoj Lal,GM(SG)(CC)/(Space Marketing)/(GP & Tender Marketing) and Shri O.P.Singh,Centre Head,NTSC (Okhla).
Shri Vijayendra IAS , AM Cadre, took over as Chairman & Managing Director,the National Small Industries Corporation Ltd today. On his first day, the Chairman interacted with NSIC Directors on Board and Senior officials at NSIC 's,Corporate Headquarters, NSIC Bhawan,Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi. Prior to this appointment, Sh. Vijayendra ,IAS was Joint Secretary in Ministry of Defence, Government of India . In his new assignment as the Chairman of the NSIC ,he will lead to achieve NSIC organisational goals of providing world-class service provider for the MSME sector. Shri P.Udayakumar, Director(P&M),NSIC and Shri Gaurang Dixit, Director(Finance),NSIC greeted him on assuming the charge of CMD,NSIC today
Sh. P. Udayakumar, DPM felicitated Ms. Alemoon Nessa, who won NEAS 2019 award during her visit with her family members to NSIC HO on 11/11/2019.
Shri P. Udayakumar, Director (Planning & Marketing) welcomed the delegation led by Mr.Petrus Ralda, Managing Director, SME Corporation, Papua New Guinea (PNG) at NSIC On 04.11.2019. Director (P&M) apprised of various activities of NSIC for the promotion of MSMEs in the country and abroad. He also discussed the opportunities for cooperation between the two countries in the MSME sector. The delegation from PNG also visited NSIC's Technical Incubation Centre for creating self-employment opportunities and Advanced Training Centre for upgrading the skills of Youth. Also present were Shri. Satvinder Singh, CGM and Shri O.P.Singh, Head, NTSC (Okhla).
