NSIC has signed MoU with HDFC Bank for facilitating credit to MSMEs under its Bank Credit Facilitation Scheme. This MoU aims at a collaborative approach to enhance growth of Micro, Small and Medium enterprises in the country through convergence of the institutional lending & on going development initiative . This partnership will give both parties an opportunity to work together and leverage their respective strengths in a mutually beneficial manner. The MoU was signed by Sh. Akhil kumar Roy, National Head of Sales excellence and Transformation ,HDFC Bank & Sh. P.R.Kumar , Chief General Manager in the presence of Sh. G. Dixit ,Director (Finance) NSIC .Also present on the occasion was Ms Himani Shali, Chief Manager(Bank Tie Up)NSIC .

Shri P. Udayakumar, Director (P&M), NSIC delivered a keynote address at the 07th India International MSME Expo- 2021 held on 17th August, 2021. Speaking on the occasion he stated that NSIC facilitates MSMEs through integrated support services under Marketing, Technology & Finance. He encouraged the participating exhibitors to come forward to avail the benefits of Procurement and Marketing Scheme for participating in various Exhibitions under the NSIC Banner. The program was presided by Shri Parshottam Rupala, Hon’ble Minister of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairying along with Shri Satish Mahana, Minister of Industrial Development, Uttar Pradesh, Shri Om Prakash Saklecha, Hon’ble Minister, Department of Science & Technology, M.P and Shri Sidharth Nath Singh, Hon’ble Minister, Department of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises & Export Promotion Bureau, M.P.

NSIC signs MOU with Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limited on 18.08.2021 for supply of Blended and Composite Cement across India to MSMEs. The MoU will help MSMEs in getting quality cement material at competitive prices. In the presence of Shri P. Udayakumar, Director (P&M), NSIC the MoU was signed by Dr. Avinash Choudhary, General Manager (RMD), NSIC and Shri Abinash Mishra, Deputy Executive Director, Dalmia Cement. Also present on the occasion were Sh. Pardeep Kumar, Chief Manager, NSIC, Sh. Vikas Sharma, Manager, NSIC, Smt. Usha Sharda, Manager,NSIC , Smt. Sonia Rathi, Deputy Manager, NSIC and Sh. Sidharth Bhat, Specification Head, Dalmia Cement.

Shri Vijayendra, (IAS) ,CMD,NSIC unfurled the National Flag on India 75th Independence Day. Shri P. Udayakumar, Director (P&M), NSIC alongwith Senior officials attended the flag hoisting ceremony at the Corporate Office, New Delhi .The program was organised by following necessary guidelines issued by MHA for safety of employees on Covid 19 epidemic. All NSIC offices across the country also celebrated "Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav" at their respective locations by singing patriotic songs and National Anthem.

Shri P. Udayakumar, Director (P&M), NSIC participates in webinar organized by International Zinc Association on 13th August, 2021 titled “Zinc Die Casting: A Billion-Dollar Opportunity”. Delivering the keynote address he stated that NSIC facilitates MSMEs through integrated support services under Marketing, Technology & Finance. He encouraged the MSMEs, youth, young entrepreneurs etc. to come forward to avail the benefits of NSIC schemes to expand their business as also set-up their own enterprises. The programme was coordinated by Shri Avinash Choudhary, General Manager (BD), NSIC More than 100 Association members attended the program.

NSIC Technical Services Centre (Rajkot) organized a Job Fair on 26th July, 2021 to facilitate the trainees for their employment through campus placement. The Job Fair was presided by Shri Naresh Seth, President, Aji GIDC industries Associations as Chief Guest and Sh. Vijay Rathod, Director, VRG Energy lndia Pvt. Ltd. Rajkot, as Guest of Honour. On this occasion, Shri U. K Kohli, Centre Head, NTSC addressed the gathering and explained about the benefits of NSIC schemes and importance of NTSC (Rajkot) skill development training programs. More than 80 job aspirant participated and out of these 27 aspirants were shortlisted by several companies.
