NSIC (Hyderabad) organized an Interactive Sessions on Entrepreneurship and NSIC schemes at NIMSME Campus on 25th July, 2022. The program was inaugurated by Shri K. Srinivas, Zonal Head-South-II and interacted with the delegates from Asian and African countries to share their Experiences & Develop Strategies for the growth of MSME sector and effective dissemination of the benefits of NSIC Schemes.

NSIC (Vijayawada) signed MoU with AP MSME DC (Andhra Pradesh MSME Development Corporation) Government of Andhra Pradesh on 21.07.2022 at A.P Secretariat, Amaravati. Shri K. Srinivas, Zonal Head(South II), NSIC, Hyderabad exchanged the MoU with Smt. G. Srijana , IAS, CEO, AP MSME Development Corporation, in the presence of Shri R. Karikal Valaven, IAS , Special Chief Secretary to Government , Industries & Commerce, Andhra Pradesh & Shri Vanka Ravindernath, Chairman APMSME Development Corporation. Also present in this occasion Shri N.Panneer, Senior Branch Manager, NSIC Vijayawada Branch. The Scope of this MoU is to provide Support and Promote MSME through various NSIC Schemes in Andhra Pradesh.

NSIC signs MoU with LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd and Electronics Sector Skills Council of India on 22/07/22 in the presence of Shri Narayan Rane, Honorable Cabinet Minister, Shri Bhanu Pratap Singh Verma, Honorable Minister of State, Shri B. B Swain ,Secretary MSME ,Shri P. Udayakumar, CMD, NSIC , Shailesh Kumar Singh, AS&DC(MSME), In this endeavor, the LG Electronics and Electronics Sector Skills Council of India (ESSCI) will set up a Centre of Excellence at NSIC - Technical Services Centre aimed at training under privileged youth in the fields of consumer electronics and appliances. This will open new avenues in field of electronics for the youth and generate skilled manpower for employment in this sector. In the first year 600 youth per year would be benefited on electronics goods servicing and repairing.

NSIC (Hyderabad) signs MoU with M/s.Anjani Portland Cement Limited 20/07/2022 for for supply of Cement of various grades to MSMEs. Mr K.Srinivas, Zonal Head, NSIC exchanged the MoU with Mr S M Sita Rama Varma, Head (Telangana & A.P), M/s.Anjani Portland Cement Limited in the presence of Mr S.Suresh, SBM, B.O, Hyderabad.

A delegation led by Brigadier General Mohamed Abogabal, Defence Attache, Embassy of Egypt, New Delhi and accompanied by Mr. Hesham Elsaeed, Counselor, Embassy of Egypt, New Delhi and Mr. Ibrahim Mamdouh Fouda, Second Secretary, Embassy of Egypt, New Delhi visited NSIC’s Rapid Incubation Centre and Advanced Training Centre at NSIC’s Technical Service Center, Okhla on 22.07.2022. The delegation observed NSIC’s model of Rapid Incubation Centre for employment generation and Advanced Training Centre is apt for Egyptian SME Ecosystem. They showed keen interest in the 3D Printing Manufacturing Technology and appreciated NSIC’s facilities for skill development and creation of self-employment opportunities. Mr. Sunil Tyagi, GM-SG (IC), Mr. O.P. Singh, GM - Head NTSC, Mr. Vimlesh Bhatia, Chief Manager (Tech), Ms. Adiba Bari, Manager (IC), Mr. Anupam Tiwari, Manager (IC) and Mr. Shashank Shekhar, Asst. Manager (IC) were present during the visit.

H.E Minister SMED of Zambia Mr. Elias Mubanga during his visit to NSIC Incubation Centre, applauded the efforts of NSIC in creating self-employment opportunities through the NSIC model of Incubation for job creation in the country. He showed keen interest to sign MoU with NSIC to set up Incubation Centre in Zambia. Shri. P. Udayakumar, CMD, NSIC highlighted the various initiatives of NSIC during his visit to NTSC (Okhla).

Honorable Union Minister of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Narayan Rane launched Repos Pay – a Mobile Electric Charging platform and Phy-gital - a Fintech Platform at Fuelling India 2022 event in Mumbai on 15th July, 2022 in the presence of Shri P. Udayakumar, CMD, NSIC.

NSIC conferred with the Exhibition Excellence Award - 2022 in the Torchbearer category at EEA-2022 on 08th July, 2022 held at the India Expo Mart, Gr. Noida. This prestigious award has been conferred by Exhibition Showcase to recognize the significant contribution of NSIC to promote the exhibition industry on a global level. The award was received by Shri P. Udayakumar, Chairman-Cum-Managing Director & Director (P&M), NSIC in the presence of Shri Y. K Sharma, Branch Head (Noida), NSIC, Shri Masood Ahmad, Manager (Event Management Cell), NSIC, Shri Avinash, Deputy Manager (Corporate Communication), NSIC & Shri Apoorv Pandey, Deputy Manager (Event Management Cell).

Sh. P Udayakumar, Chairman-Cum-Managing Director & Director (P&M), NSIC delivered the keynote addressed on 08th July, 2022 as a Chief Guest of the inaugural function of Exhibition Excellence Awards-2022. During the inaugural session, he stated that NSIC facilitates MSMEs through integrated support services under Marketing, Technology & Finance and invited the MSMEs to come forward and avail the benefits of new initiatives of NSIC.

Shri B. B Swain, Secretary, MSME launches UdyamShakti on 29th June, 2022 at New Delhi in the presence of Shri P. Udayakumar, CMD, NSIC, Shri Gaurang Dixit, Director (Finance), NSIC Dr. Ishita.G. Tripathy, ADC (MSME), Shri S. Kozhikote, MD & CEO, SBICAP Ventures, senior officers of NSIC and Ministry of MSME. On this occasion, Secretary MSME also interacted with the national awardees and beneficiaries of PMEGP, SRI fund and Hackathon.

NTSC (Hyderabad) signs MoU with NIRDPR (National Institute of Rural Development & Panchayat Raj) under the Ministry of Rural Development & Panchayat Raj (MoRD), Government of India on 30.06.2022 at Hyderabad.Shri. A.B. Prabhu Raj, General Manager (SG) & Centre Head (NSIC-TSC), Hyderabad exchanged the MoU with Shri. Dr. M. Srikanth, Registrar, NIRDPR in the presence of Hon’ble Cabinet Minister Shri. Giriraj Singh, Ministry of Rural Development & Panchayat Raj, GoI. Also present in this occasion, Shri. Narendra Kumar, IAS, Director General of NIRDPR, Shri. K. The Ministry of MSME , Government of India celebrated International Yoga Day 2022 on 21 June 2022 from 7.00am to 7.45 am at the NSIC Exhibition Complex , Okhla Industrial Estate ,New Delhi .The participants of the program included Shri B.B.Swain, Secretary, MSME , Shri. Shailesh Kumar Singh,AS&DC(MSME), Shri P.Udayakumar, CMD.NSIC , Shri Gaurang Dixit, Director (Finance),NSIC ,Shri Ateesh Singh, Joint Secretary, MSME and officials from the Ministry of MSME and NSIC . A Certified Yoga Instructor from the Morarji Desai Institute of Yoga conducted the Yoga Session following Common Yoga Protocol. The NSIC field offices across the country also celebrated IYD 2022 at their respective locations alongwith local Industries Association.
