NSIC is in the process of Transition to new #ISO standards and all the employees are being oriented towards meeting new challenges. A Training Program on ISO 9001: 2015 standard and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) (09-10 August 2017) was inaugurated by Shri P.Udayakumar, Director(P&M), NSIC . In the endeavor to enhance the reach of NSIC to MSME units Shri D.K. Miglani (Wire Drawing Manufacturer Association), Shri Trilochan Singh (Ludiana Machine Tools Manufacture Association), Shri Yash Pal Gosain (Foundry Association of Ludhiana), Shri K. K. Hon’ble minister of MSME/KVIC, Government of UP, Sri Satya Dev Pachauri inaugurated NSIC’s Online Finance Facilitation Centre at Kanpur. This is the eighth Centre launched by NSIC in the country and will assist MSMEs of this region in getting easy access to Finance from Banks through online portal www.nsicffconline.in . The 1st Advanced Management Development Program for NSIC Employees was inaugurated by Shri A.K.Mittal ,Director (Finance),NSIC on 31st July 2017. NSIC is about to transit into ISO 9001:2015. NSIC (Visakhapatnam) in association with BHEL-Heavy Plates and Vessels Plant, Visakhapatnam has organized Special Vendor Development Program for SC ST entrepreneurs at Visakhapatnam on 25.07.2017. Shri B.Srinivas, GM(Operations), BHEL-HPVP was the Chief Guest for the program alongwith Shri K.R.K. NSIC (Chennai) conducted a Training Program on etendering on 27.07.17 AT STP (Chennai) wherein members of CDISSIA Association participated. On this occasion officials of Southern Railway were also invited to explain their purchase procedure for the benefit of MSME sector.55 MSMEs participated and benefited from this NSIC initiative.
