Recognizing the importance of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in achieving the new global development goals, the United Nations General Assembly has designated 27 June as International Day for MSMEs by adopting a resolution in this regard. United Nation invited all its member States to observe the Day and raise public awareness of their contribution to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. <br/> In this context, NSIC organized a Training session on Goods and Service Tax (GST) for NSIC employees and members of Industry Association on 27.06.2017 so as to update them on the historic Tax reforms being launched w.e.f 01 July 2017. CA Sharad Sandilliya, CA N.Sethi, Ms.Timsy Jaipuria, Special Correspondent, CNBC TV were invited to share their knowledge and learning on the subject. Shri Ajay Aggarwal, President, Toy Association of India, Shri Naresh Kumar Gautam, Vice President, Toy Association of India,Shri Rajinder Kumar,Vice President, Flatted Factory Entrepreneurs Association along with their association members graced the occasion.
