| The NSIC and IIDFC renew SME Cooperation agreement |

| The mutual cooperation agreement between National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC), India and Industrial and Infrastructure Development Finance Company Limited (IIDFC), Bangladesh has been renewed for further three years at a function at IIDFC Office in Dhaka, Bangladesh on 24 March 2013.Chairman cum Managing Director of NSIC Dr. H.P. Kumar and Chairman of IIDFC Mr. Matiul Islam signed the renewal agreement on behalf of their respective sides.The agreement is intended to learn and share best practices in SME sector both in India and Bangladesh. These include facilitating sustainable business alliances between enterprises in India and Bangladesh, Transfer of Technology and holding Exhibitions and fostering Enterprise to Enterprise Cooperation through exchange of delegations. Such share of knowledge and experience will help establishing direct linkage of SME entrepreneurs of both the countries which will ultimately boost total trade and commerce. Shri R.
